Today is World Quality Day, which dates back to 1989. The purpose of this day is to reflect on the relevance of quality management in everyday life and the development of more efficient processes, systems and results at the business level.

Quality management is a set of planned and systematic actions required to meet the quality requirements of a product or service. The certification of quality management systems to standards published by international bodies is highlighted, in order to ensure that companies comply with internationally recognised standards.

In this sense we are talking about the ISO Standards, a set of quality control and business quality management standards, established by the International Standardization Organization (ISO) aimed at ordering the management of a company in different areas (quality standards, delivery times and auditing methods).

At Univergy Solar we are fully aware of the needs that are gradually being introduced into the market of companies in the energy sector that are convinced that Quality, the Environment, including the prevention of pollution, and the Health and Safety of workers are the frame of reference on which to focus all our efforts. For this reason, we implement and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS), certified in accordance with the highest international standards, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 and applicable to each of the companies that are part of the group.

  • ISO 9001: (QUALITY) this standard applies to the Quality Management Systems of public and private organisations, regardless of their size or business activity.
  • ISO 1400: (ENVIRONMENT) this standard helps to manage and identify environmental risks that may occur in companies. Through this standard it can be demonstrated that a company is responsible and committed to environmental protection.
  • ISO 45001: (SAFETY AND HEALTH) refers to health and safety at work. It is the ideal tool for all those organisations with a desire for continuous improvement, regardless of their size, type and sector, to manage their OSH risks by being more effective and efficient, reducing accidents and illnesses, and increasing operability by reducing emergency situations and sick leave.
